Tai Chi is an ancient gentle and graceful form of exercise that improves balance, coordination, circulation, deep breathing, and mindfulness. Gus Saldana will lead classes for four Wednesdays in March. Everyone of all ages and abilities encouraged to join in. Those who attend all classes will be elegible for a door prize. FREE.
