Thank you to Everyone 

who donated roasted turkeys and fixings, plus so many desserts, to make this year’s Williamsburg Community Thanksgiving Dinner one of the best ever.  With a special thank you to all who purchased the dinners, some traveling quite a distance!  This year was one of the largest Thanksgiving turnouts ever with 224 dinners served!  Which is nearly a hundred more than previous years.  Fortunately the food donations were increased this year so that all plates were full at an affordable price for all, raising $2,200 toward community utilities and projects.  The kitchen had one of the largest volunteer groups ever, whipping up the mashed potatoes and cole slaw on site, keeping the hot bins full, and keeping the serving line moving quickly.  And one more special thank you — to the 4H Flying Falcons for cheerfully pouring beverages and bussing tables.  Happy Thanksgiving to all.    11/24/2021
