The Williamsburg Area Emergency Response Team (WARTS) is holding a community meeting/training for area citizens interested in learning about what plans exist if there is a disaster in Williamsburg, and/or for groups from outside the Williamsburg area who may be interested in creating their own emergency response team.  All are welcome!  Williamsburg Community Building.  Contact: 304-645-6595.
