Winners Announced For the Ruritan 2017 Rifle Raffle

The First Prize .22 magnum Henry Golden Boy rifle winner is Richard Hypes of McRoss WV;  The Second prize .22 Davy Cricket Youth rifle winner is Robert R. Ingram of Alderson WV.
